Our Mission

Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) in Solano County is about ensuring every child ages 3 and 4 has access to safe, nurturing, high-quality early learning, no matter where they live, what language they speak, or what support they need.

UPK connects families to a range of early learning options—including TK, state preschool, Head Start, and child care—so they can choose what works best for them.
